The Student Leadership Development Program

The Student Leadership Development Program is a certificate program run by the Center for Leadership and Learning at UC Davis. The program aims to teach valuable leadership and life skills through group activities, guest speakers, and various projects that students in the program think of. Among some of the skills that are taught are interpersonal competence, communication, and conflict management. The goal of SLDP is to produce future leaders that are able to work productively with the community and efficiently achieve a common goal.
